We want AI Flux3 to feel fair. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.

Failed Generations — Automatic Credit Refund

If a video or image generation fails to complete, the credits used for that request are refunded automatically. You do not need to open a support ticket. Refunded credits return to your balance and can be used for a later generation.

A generation is considered failed when:

• The inference provider returns an error.
• No usable output is produced after the maximum retry window.
• The output is clearly corrupted or incomplete due to a platform-side issue.

Refunds do not apply when the output is technically valid but does not match your creative intent. AI generation is inherently variable, so review your prompts and settings before running high-cost jobs.

Subscription Refunds — 7-Day Window

You may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 7 days of the charge, provided no credits have been consumed during that billing period. If any credits were used, the subscription is considered active and non-refundable, though you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

Credit Purchases Never Expire

Purchased credits do not expire based on time. You can use them today, next month, or whenever your next project needs them. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of billing error or fraud.

Billing Errors and Fraud

If you believe you were charged in error, or if you see unrecognized charges on your account, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and reverse any charge confirmed to be unauthorized or erroneous.
