These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Flux3, operated at ai-flux3.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

AI Flux3 is an AI video generation studio. Users can generate videos and images through text prompts, image uploads, and video continuation requests. The service runs on available frontier models and will add FLUX 3 as a first-class option when its third-party API becomes available.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AI Flux3 to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes targeting real individuals without disclosure, or content that violates anyone’s rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond the intended interface.
• Interfere with the service’s stability or access it through unauthorized means.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI-Generated Content

AI Flux3 provides tools, not authorship. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate. We do not endorse, monitor, or claim ownership of user-generated content, and we are not liable for outputs you choose to publish or distribute.

Generated content may reflect biases, errors, or unexpected artifacts inherent in the underlying models. Review outputs carefully before commercial use.

Commercial License

Subject to the upstream model license, you own the videos and images you generate using credits on your account and may use them personally or commercially, including in marketing, products, and client work.

You may not resell access to the platform, resell generation credits in a multi-tenant or white-label arrangement, or claim that outputs were created by a model other than the one actually used.

Credits and Subscriptions

• Credits are consumed per generation based on model, duration, and resolution. Pricing is shown before you confirm each generation.
• Purchased credits do not expire based on time.
• Failed generations are refunded automatically in credits.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The AI Flux3 website, brand, code, and original content are owned by AI Flux3. You retain any rights you have to the prompts and source media you upload, and you grant us the limited license needed to process them through our infrastructure and inference providers.

FLUX is a trademark of Black Forest Labs Inc. AI Flux3 is an independent project and is not affiliated with Black Forest Labs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Flux3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity, with notice where reasonable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Flux3 operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
